Yes, Catherine, if you publish an article in a Medium publication, such as The Signifier, it will also appears in your personal feed. It can only appear in one publication, though. You own your articles and, depending on your agreement with the publication editors, you can publish elsewhere. (For example one of our regular writers has also duplicated their articles on substack - they cleared that with me first as a courtesy, though.) Not all publications are in the boost nomination programme (Signifier is, though). Take a look at my Medium feed and you will see all the articles I have written on Medium with an indication of what publication they are published in, if any... I hope this info is useful for you.
